• All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
• Service completion times are estimates and may vary based on parts availability and workload
• We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer for any reason
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information

2. Estimates and Pricing

• All estimates are based on the information provided at the time of inspection
• Prices are subject to change without notice due to parts cost fluctuations
• Labor rates are subject to change and will be applied at the current rate at time of service
• Taxes and disposal fees may apply and will be added to the final invoice
• We reserve the right to adjust estimates if additional issues are discovered during service

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is due in full upon completion of services unless other arrangements are made
• We accept cash, major credit cards, debit cards, and checks
• Credit card payments may be pre-authorized for estimated amounts
• Returned checks will incur a $35 fee plus any applicable legal costs
• Accounts overdue by more than 30 days may be sent to collections
• Interest of 1.5% per month (18% APR) will be charged on overdue balances

4. Warranty and Guarantees

• Most brake and exhaust repairs come with a lifetime warranty on parts and workmanship
• Warranty coverage is limited to the original purchaser and the specific repair performed
• Warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper use, or lack of maintenance
• Oil changes and routine maintenance carry a 30-day warranty
• Battery warranty follows the manufacturer's terms and conditions
• Warranty claims must be presented with original invoice within the warranty period

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must provide accurate vehicle information and disclose all known issues
• Vehicles must be clean and free of hazardous materials
• Customers are responsible for removing all personal belongings from vehicles
• Customers must have legal authority to authorize repairs on the vehicle
• Customers agree to pay for all services authorized and performed
• Abandoned vehicles may be subject to storage fees and liens

6. Liability and Indemnification

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service
• Customers agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from their vehicle or use of our services
• We are not responsible for personal items left in vehicles
• Vehicles are parked at owner's risk for theft, vandalism, or damage
• We are not liable for delays caused by parts availability or unforeseen circumstances
